My focus is to create systemic and sustainable change, to support the behavior of daily work life.
Based on the company’s strategy, culture and the current strategic agenda we set the right framework for the assignment. Together, we design the cooperative process and choose methods that will ensure sustainable solutions.
I am leading change processes with a strong focus on relationships within the organization. I am concerned with what drives and motivates people to act, and a strong focus on the issues that create meaning to their working lives. I am concerned with how each person becomes the best version of themselves, so that both the company, the managers and the employees experience growth and development.

Over the past 20 years I have worked with development of organizations and management teams in both Danish and international companies. I have a broad experience of working in large companies and in small businesses.
My relational competence from Busyness Psychology gives me a large variety of methods for designing and facilitating meaningful development processes.
My background as a Master of Conflict Resolution provides me with an overview to assist teams sort out problematic relations and methods to help conflicting parties.
